◎商品の発送は、ご注文を頂いてから約３週間～となりますが、オーダーの込み具合により延びることがあります
ので、予めご了承ください。出来上がりの際は、発送前に一度ご連絡致します。
お送り方法・お支払い方法は、クロネコヤマトの代金引換か佐川急便のe-コレクト(クレジットカード使用可)又は
振込とさせて頂きます。振込の場合は、入金確認後の発送となります。
◎商品全般に関するお問い合わせは、お電話・E-mailにてお受け致します。
◎クーリングオフとは、訪問販売や電話勧誘販売等において、消費者を保護する為、契約後８日間以内であれば
無条件で契約解除が出来る制度をいいます。弊社を含め、通信販売におけるクーリングオフは適用されません。

Q1.通販で現物を見ず買う不安に対して
A.基本的にアトリエでお客様とお話をしながら現物を見て頂いての発注をやっておりました。
したがって、各地で見て頂くには申し訳ありませんがもう少々お時間がかかると思います。
ですが、商品に対してスタッフ一同気持ちを入れて、良いものをと思い造っておりますので手にとってもらえれば
ご納得頂けると思います。
Q2.アクセサリーの手入れは？
A.酸化作用により変色する事があります。
使用後の汗・ホコリ等は落として頂けたらと思います。
それでも落ちない場合や、ご自分でのお手入れにお困りの際にはお気軽にご相談ください。
Q3.サイズのオーダーは？
A.TAUJANの商品はデザインによってサイズと異なる場合がありますのでお気軽にご相談ください。
Q4.サイズ直しやメンテナンス等は？
A.行なっております。
燻し直し・傷取り等も行なっておりますのでお気軽にご相談ください。
傷取り・修正等は現物を見させて頂いてからお値段を決めさせて頂きます。

A.TAUJAN製ではないにも拘らず、TAUJANのブランド名を表示したり、TAUJANの真正の商品を型取り
そっくりそのままコピーした製品が、インターネット上において販売されている事実が確認されております。
当社は、従来から自社及び他社の知的財産権を尊重してまいりましたが、模倣品の製造・販売を含む
知的財産権侵害行為に対しましては、今後も同様の厳しい態度で臨む所存でございますので、お客様各位
におかれましては、何卒ご理解・ご協力の程、宜しくお願い致します。
尚、当社は模倣品につきまして、その品質を保証することが出来ません。お客様各位が模倣品を購入され、
模倣品の使用等により損害を被られたとしても、当社としては、損害賠償・補償その他一切の対応をいたしかね

How to purchase abroad
You can order our products by phone in Japan.
For international orders please order via e-mail to info@taujan.co.jp
We usually ship the products in about three weeks of orderung.
However,it will take a little longer than usual to ship the order out due to the high volume of orders.
Please be forewarned.
We will send a confirmation e-mail as soon as your order has been built.
Accepted payment methoods are Paypal or Remittance in JPY YEN.
Your order will be shipped to you by FedEx or UPS after receiving your payment.
About cooling off
We DO NOT accept the Cooling Off System.
The Cooling Off System is for the protection of consumers in door-to-door sales and telephone
solicitation.
This system allows for certain business transactions to be cancalled, if done within eight days.
No reason for the cancellation of the contract is required.
The application of cooling off is not obligated to the mail order service.
Commodity credit in mail order servise
You may concern about purchasing by mail order servise.
Basically,We show and discuss our products with customers face to face at our atelier,
then we receive the order.
Consequently,it takes some time before we show you our products.
All members of the staff always make the products with feeling.
So,you will be satisfied with out products when you have them.
Cares
Our products can be discoloration because of the oxidation effect.
Please wipe off the sweat and dust off after use them.
However,please consult with us when you can’t remove blot.
Size order
The size depends on the design.
Please consult with us and make sure of the size.
Fixing
It is possible to resize our products.
We can also fix and remove flaws our products,so please contact us.
The price varies from state to state.
We decide the price after we check the state.

Counterfeit goods using the name of TAUJAN are being sold.
Also there are people who copy patterns from our oridinal products,then manufacture and sell
counterfeit goods on the Internet.
We have respected the intellectual property right of TAUJAN and sector peer company,
but We will be strict about infringement of intellectual property right inclding manufacturing and
selling the counterfeit goods.
We CAN NOT guarantee to counterfeit goods.
If you purchase counterfeit goods and you are a victim,we CAN NOT bear a loss and recompense to you.
